AIESEC logo power:)

Some moments from the trip to Split
Everything started as always, any trip to AIESEC conference: huge suitcase, and my beloved @ scarf:)The flight from Vilnius to Prague was good and quick, a bottle of water on the sun in Prague's airport, and small, really SMALL plane to Zagreb. this was the time when i was afraid of the flight, plane was making all kind of strange sounds, and huge vibration - this time i didnt like it!Anyway, i had some readings for conference preparation, and was preparing for one and a halp hours into @ vision 2010.Just before i started a man sat down in a seat next to me. First pleasan surprise, that he was Lithuanian, flying to Croatia with his company for sailing - nice:)The second even more pleasant surprise was when he saw my papers with AIESEC brand and said - "Oh, AIESEC!"It appeared that half a year ago he had trainee from Austia! of course our conversation continued all the flight time about AIESEC, what we are doing, and what impact we are doing on the company that takes trainee, and of course for the trainee. I was pleased to hear best case practice of the person who has worked with AIESEC.I was excited about my trip for couple weeks before i started! One of things drove me crazy that i'm going to meet my ex-trainee Marija! She was the first form me to match, and realize, but except these technical things we became very close friends. We had fun, we talked till late nights, we went out just two of us knowing exactly what we want.Anyway that fact that i'm going to meet ther after she left Kaunas was so excited! yes and we met - it was starnge at the same time as natural! i was so used to see her around that this month of seperation didnt seemed a long time. It's so good to have a person that you care about somewhere several thousand kilometres away! i love the feeling when you wait for something and in one moment it is here!that weekend we went out to look for flowers - yes there were some...:)during the weekend in the main squere we met half of Polish delegation:) and later wend out for bambos with Zagreb trainee, a girl originaly from Hong Kong, living in Canada, present in Croatia, who has never heard of Lithuania! Nice girlish, international evening!the weekend pased and we all 3 presidents of LC in Lithuania continued our trip to conference site!Again huge suitcase and my lovely AIESEC scarf. waiting for tram.Strange guy looking and coming towards me. At about two metres from me he opens his coat and there is t-shit with AIESEC logo:) ofcourse we say hello, adn have a small chat, he ask if everything is ok, if we need any help. we were ok, adn he was waiting for Ukrainina delegation.we have never seen that person before, and never met him again since that evening in zagreb, but he cared about us. this is power of AIESEC logo.continueing about our trip:6 or so hours in the bus from Zagreb to Split. almoust all time of sleeping, not very confortable, but what to do, when you know about 7 night of conference that are waiting for you:)So quarter to 6 we are at Split bus station. it is really small!!! again our huge suitcase and @ scarf. waiting till OC will pick us up. after some 20 min, girl is comming and saying: sorry are you aiesec'ers? yep - this is another delegate fro Serbia waiting for OC:)After another hour or so, two other guys from Serbia joined us - and only because of AIESEC, we had nice few hours chat in Split bus station. we felt safe and confortable in early morning in bus sation with 3 people we have never met of heard about before. it's all because of AIESEC :)
i just love it.
p.s. greetings to Miki, Tomek, Milena ;)
