Lesson no 2: Relax

When somebody tells you to relax usually it comes to the advice of taking a bath, reading a book, listening to soft music, massage.
Not necessary.
Relax in the opposite way that you got tired of. If you get tired sitting at work all day long, staring at the screen and putting up all those boring numberish reports, once you are done with it, do something absolutelly different. Chating with friends online will not help. Even reading a book will draw your mind of the work, but you will still feel powerless.
Go out. Stretch. Do some active sport.
This weekend was the best proof for this advice.
After long week at work, finishing two huge sales reports, saturday morning with friends we set off for a bike trip in Druskininkai. Which was absolutelly awesome, two days on bikes going arround lovely resort with untouched nature, freshest air and good fellows . Morning swim in the lake, getting fresh for the day and sitting on bikes again.
Absolutelly phisically tirening, absolutelly emotionally refreshing.
And here I am, started working week after very relaxing weeked!
