Back to Yoga


It feels that it's just about time to wake up from winter sleep and start moving. That's why finally I've decided to come back to my yoga classes. Tomorrow I'm starting it up again and I really can't wait for it! It feels so good to do some excersie and relax at the same time, find the inner serenity. And here is the list of benefits of yoga.
I hope spring will come sooner that way too!

Well about beer I also say good things :) but, after yoga, i'd say that tea is much better :)
If I'd play football i'd say yes for beer :)

And did you start palying cricet?:):)

Unfortunately, I didn't start to play cricket, but... There is a good side as well: I didn't quite drinking beer and other alcoholic liquids : )
